Permitly ("we", "us") is an oversize/overweight permit cost and route calculator operated by Zohaib Labs. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Permitly website and Android app, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Account: your email address and a password stored only as a one-way hash.
Your work: the calculations you save as quotes (load dimensions, weight, route, origin and destination, results), and the company profile you choose to add (name, address, phone, email and logo).
Payments: when you upgrade, the plan, payment method, Transaction ID and the payment screenshot you upload. We do not collect card numbers; you pay outside the app (for example JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer or Payoneer).
Usage: free-calculation counts, and basic technical data such as the pages requested. We do not run advertising trackers.
Optional: feedback you send, and weigh-station open/closed reports you submit.
How we use it
To run your account, calculate and save quotes, generate PDFs, activate paid plans after we verify your payment, send account emails (such as password resets and payment decisions), prevent abuse, and improve the service.
Location and third-party services
We use your approximate country (looked up from your IP address by a third-party service in your browser or app) only to show the right payment methods and currency. Maps and routes use Esri, OpenStreetMap, Nominatim and Overpass; the places you search for and route points are sent to them to produce results.
Cookies and local storage
We use a sign-in session cookie, a theme (light/dark/system) preference cookie, an anonymous-usage cookie for free calculations before you sign up, and your browser's local storage to remember the last route and load you typed. The Android app stores sign-in tokens in encrypted storage on your device.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run Permitly (hosting and email delivery) and when required by law. Our staff can view payment screenshots and account details only to review payments and give support.
Retention
Payment screenshots are deleted 30 days after we approve or reject the payment. Account data and saved quotes are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can rename or delete any saved quote in the app. To access, correct or delete your account and data, email support@zohaiblabs.com and we will act on it promptly.
Children
Permitly is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
